  Jump into Real Estate! Like jumping out of planes, Beth doesn't take real estate transactions lightly. Her approach to guiding her clients and managing real estate transactions is the same as when she is coaching new jumpers, or in competition skydiving. Education is tantamount, as is managing expectations, working together and being prepared. As the adage goes, look before you leap! When you work with Beth, you'll know that she is with you every step of the way. So when you "jump into real estate" with Beth York Real Estate, Beth will be with you on the leap. Notes: Beth is an experienced skydive coach and competitor and made her first jump in 1997, while hosting the nationally syndicated television, show Wild Web on CBS. She was hooked immediately, and now has well over 1200 jumps. In 2005 she was invited to participate in Jump for the Cause, a formation skydiving world record attempt (largest all women formation). After intense training, and 18 attempts, Beth, along with 151 other women skydivers from around the world, set a world record in formation skydiving (see picture, left). Though breaking and setting a new world record was an accomplishment, the event was a fundraising effort, raising awareness for breast cancer and nearly half a million dollars for City of Hope. In 2009, the 2005 record was broken, and today the record stands at 181. Beth was recovering from the delivery of her second baby and did not participate in the 2009 record, though she did make a donation to support the fundraising for the event. Today Beth continues to skydive, as she often says "skydiving is my yoga".
