Beth York, Broker/Owner
Leading the team of professionals at BYRE, Beth has been helping buyers and sellers in Cambridge and the Greater Boston area for many years. She is a strong force in the real estate because she blends “high tech” with “high touch” seamlessly, and applies the golden rule to her business practices. Matching buyers with the right properties, and sellers with qualified buyers is at the core of what Beth does best.
In addition to Real Estate, Beth excelled in the highly competitive field of broadcast television production, and worked for years in marketing/project management, public relations and advertising. This powerful mix of experience and unique combination of skills is what that sets her apart from other agents.
Outside the office Beth is a skydiving competitor and instructor. In 2005 she was part of a world record team, successfully breaking the world record for largest all-woman formation with 151 women from all over the globe.
Beth York earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (magna cum laude), from Northeastern University.
Peggy Reynolds
Prior to joining Beth York Real Estate, Peggy worked in Residential Property Management for Lincoln Property Company. Peggy brings with her a broad range of residential property management experience obtained through 14 years of service with Lincoln. As Regional Property Manager, she oversaw the daily operations of over 1,500 rental units in her portfolio, which included apartment communities located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Additionally, she was intimately involved with the acquisitions and sales of numerous multi-family properties. Her leadership, enthusiasm and dedication compliment the professional, friendly atmosphere of the firm.
In addition to her extensive career in real estate, Peggy is an active member of the Pembroke Youth Soccer Board, Bryantville’s Parent Teacher Organization and she coordinates the volunteer staff at the student library of the Bryantville grammar school in Pembroke, MA.
Peggy attended Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, where she received her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Rebecca Riopelle
Originally from Dallas TX, Rebecca came to Boston in 1994. She created Life Made Simple, a professional organizing and staging business. Her entrepreneurial spirit and her love of organized and beautiful homes, lead her to the real estate business after working in the accounting world for 10 years. Her firm grasp of “the numbers”, combined with her visual expertise and creativity in staging & renovation, make her a dynamic stand-out in this competitive and changing marketplace. Rebecca specializes in Relocation, Luxury Properties, Condos and Single Family homes in the Greater Boston Area.
Rebecca attended Berklee College of Music where she received a Bachelor in Music in Music/Business Management and has been lending her vocal talents to bands throughout New England. Rebecca lives in Arlington, MA with her husband and son.
Sarah Gray
Drawing on a sales career in which she represented numerous national brands for the entire New England region, Sarah knows the importance of personal relationships and attentive communication with her clients, who have come to rely on her professional, thoughtful and dedicated work ethic. Passionate about life and always on the lookout for a new adventure, she has taught skiing, trekked across Eastern Europe, and traveled throughout the United States as a sales executive in the organic foods industry. She brings the same enthusiasm she has for healthy and active living to real estate and looks forward to helping her clients with all their real estate needs.
Sarah was educated at Saint Michael's College and Keene State, where she majored in English and Education. A current resident of Marblehead, Sarah considers herself truly fortunate to be a part of the unique and vibrant community that is the North Shore.
