A close friend of ours referred us to Beth when we started looking for our first home in January 2009. As first time home buyers in an unsteady market, we initially wanted to just test the waters, planning to buy only if we found something that particularly stood out for us. Beth helped us sell our condo in Somerville at a time when the housing market was a mess. Due to well-run open houses, knowledge of the market, and Beth's excellent negotiating strategy, we got our asking price. That should be enough when looking for a broker to work with, but, we got plenty more than simply "professional and effective" with Beth. Beth was flexible - we didn't make it easy for her to run those open houses and showings. She went well above and beyond.
